John C. Heisler, J.D., C.P.A.

John C. Heisler is a graduate of Loyola High School, Blakefield, located in Towson, Maryland, and a graduate of Mount Saint Mary’s College, located in Emmitsburg, Maryland. Mr. Heisler graduated with a bachelor’s degree in accounting and later received his Juris Doctorate from the University of Baltimore School of Law. He is admitted to practice before the Maryland Court of Appeals and all the intermediate courts of the State of Maryland, the District of Columbia Court of Appeals, the United States Tax Court, the United States District Court, the United States Circuit Court of Appeals for the Fourth Circuit, and the Supreme Court of the United States.

Mr. Heisler is a member of the Maryland State and Baltimore County Bar Associations. Mr. Heisler is also a certified public accountant. He is a member of the Maryland Association of Certified Public Accountants and the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA). Mr. Heisler has been awarded the designation “Personal Financial Specialist” by the AICPA.

He is experienced in estate and financial planning, probate, trust administration, income and estate tax law, tax planning, business law and business continuation planning.
